International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Beautdiva is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your Beautdiva product arrives damaged, please email clear photos to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms that your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
